I hereby acknowledge my voluntary participation in the Junction City Oktoberfest Volksmarch (the “Event”) may result in personal injury to me, or any minor under my care. By participating in, attending, or observing the Event, I acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers that are incidental to or in any way arise from the Event including, without limitation, all risks and danger inherent in the activity of walking. I understand that walking in events is a potentially hazardous activity, which could cause injury or death. I should not enter and walk in the Event unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my registration, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, I am in good health, and I am properly trained.
